| Q. | How do I download a product? | |
| Ans. | Go to,
http://www.newsletter-resources.com/
And click the Member Login option in the menu. Use your login name and password to gain access.
Once loged in, use the product directory menu option to get to the products. There you choose the product you
wish to download. Once you reach the product page you click the "click here to download" link and save the product
onto your own computer! | |
| | | Q. | I'm looking for Specialized Templates but can't find any? | |
| Ans. | The newsletter templates you find in this site will be quite generic. The reason is that creating or buying rights to templates for a "kitten playpen newsletter" and other highly specialized themes is to time and cost consuming.
I would very much like you to leave me a message via the contact us page telling me what kind of information or product you couldn't find as that will help me locate and add new products! | |
| | | Q. | I can't download anything, what to do? | |
| Ans. | This problem normally arise from one of the following,
1. Some kind of security software blocking your download. Could be firewall or antivrus with too high security settings.
2. The security settings of your browser.
3. Some type of script error in your browser.
4. Problems somewhere online between your computer and the server.
5. Disable any download manager you may have installed as they sometimes fail with downloads.
My advices are,
1. Try another browser (if you have on installed)
2. Restart your computer and try again.
3. Give it a rest until tomorrow and try then.
4. Try the downloads from another computer.
if none of the above helps then we are pretty much out of luck.
There are approx. 1-200 downloads per day from this site so they work, or I learn about the problem quite fast.
As there are so many security and antivirus software programs and packages on the market today, there's really not much I can do to help you chase configuration problems.
As a last resort, disable any software you think can give you problems and try the download. This way you can see if that's the problem. Please remember to activate it at once or you'ΓΆΓΆ run wihtout protection. | |
